Champ Camp takes bullying and inappropriate behavior very seriously, as it chips away at the very things we set out to Provide our campers: increased Self-confidence, a strong sense of belonging, and an all-around epic experience. As such, bullying of any kind is never tolerated, and we reserve the right to send home any camper who exhibits said behavior. This can include but is not limited to imperiling oneself or others, recurrent disruption, the use of profanity, etc.

Champ Camp exercises full discretion in this area, and In the event that staff deem it necessary to send a camper home indefinitely, no refund will be given.

We appreciate your understanding in this sensitive matter. Sometimes it’s the case that the dynamic nature of beach camp, with so many new faces and differing preferences, turns out to not be a good fit for certain kids in the current summer— and that’s okay!

When requested prior to may 1st, Champ Camp is able to issue full refunds for changed family plans, less a $25 registration fee. After May 1st, we are not able to issue any refunds (no exceptions).

If your camp is cancelled for any reason a full refund will be issued.

• In the event that only part of your child’s session is canceled for any reason, your refund will be pro-rated accordingly.

In the event that a child becomes ill prior to their session and cannot switch into an alternative session, champ camp will issue a full refund, less a $25 registration fee.

• If your child becomes Ill and they are kept home, we will gladly refund their missed day(s) at the appropriate pro-rated rate.

• If staff discovers that a sick child has been sent to camp, the kiddo will be sent home and a refund will not be issued.

SESSIONS MAY BE SWITCHED at no charge up to two weeks prior to the start of your registered session. Session switches are subject to availability and will not be possible if your preferred session is sold out (no exceptions). TO request A SWITCH, EMAIL US AT ALOHA@CHAMPCAMPKIDS.COM.
